| "Dear Dr. Paul & Staff, While leaving your office yesterday, I was handed an
envelope. I was pleasantly surprised to find a thank you card in
the envelope, along with some gift certificates. I wanted to
write to you and your Team to express my appreciation for that
and for the service I get at Smile Care.
One particular part of the card stuck out to me while I was
reading it. The words “Smile Care Team” was used twice in the
note. Those words are truly a testament to the business you have
built. That feeling comes over you from the time you walk
through your doors until the time you leave. Each and everyone
on your staff give me the feeling, by words and actions, that
they truly are part of a “Team.” They are friendly, courteous
and professional in all their transactions with my family and
myself.
You’ve built a business to a height that many people strive
for their entire life, but don’t reach. I have truly never
experienced the level of “service” you provide in any company I
have dealt with. It is for that very reason that I spread the
good word to others about Smile Care. Most often people have a
hard time believing what I tell them will happen when they go to
Smile Care, but one visit takes care of that.

appreciate your kindness and the extra time you spent with me.
So often we don’t say thank you. After an unpleasant visit
elsewhere, I was new to your office and was very impressed. I
also appreciate how quick I was able to get an appointment,
rather than having to wait months and months. All of your staff
was very kind and I was even called to come in earlier than my
appointment date due to a cancellation. It had been quite a
while since I had been to the dentist and rather than focus on
the negative, we talked about what was important to do now and
you highlighted positive aspects.
I will refer you to others and will definitely come back. As
we know, the “customer service” aspect fits into all types of
